Uplift Home Inspections views pool or spa safety as non-negotiable whether you choose us or another inspection company to complete a pool or spa safety inspection. From the 1/12/20 you will be required to lodge your home pool or spa with your local council, they have the safety of your pool or spa barriers checked against AS1926.1 swimming pool safety.
Uplift Home Inspections will arrange a pool or spa inspection time that is convenient for you. It is best for Uplift Home Inspections to have total access to the site at the time of the inspection.
Our inspection result will be emailed to the owner from the site upon the completion of the inspection. It is then the owner’s responsibility to lodge the certification to their local council for a compliance certificate including advise that you will need a renewal safety inspection within four years as per regulation.
Once you have your inspection result from our fully registered and insured building inspector and your local councils’ compliance certificate you can relax and enjoy your pool or spa. With full confidence knowing that a registered building inspector and your local council have approved the safety of your pool or spa barrier.
